Workshop from AI assistant to AI agent – 1 day

Opis

A one-day, hands-on workshop for management and specialists to move beyond chatting with AI and build something that actually help improve their work. Participants leave having personally created their own AI assistant and a working AI agent.

What participants will do

• Compare the three leading engines — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google on the same real task, with the strengths, limits and licensing implications of each.
• Build an AI assistant — working with Claude for Excel, Connections and mobile access; what can genuinely and safely be done today.
• Cross the line from assistant to agent — where the assistant ends and the agent begins, tested live on four levels: on their own computer, with a Team licence, via the agent designer and via n8n.
• Run a ready-made n8n model — trigger, decision logic, action and integration, executed during the session.
• Work safely — data confidentiality, processing documents in a controlled environment, and the EU AI Act transparency obligations applicable since 2 August 2026.

Format

• One day, on-site
• Roughly 60% hands-on practice — participants work on their own laptops
• No programming or prior AI experience required
• Delivered in English or Polish
